Order Status
  • An email is sent to the email address provided once your order is received.
  • You will receive subsequent emails regarding the status of your order and we will contact you if we have any questions regarding the order or delivery.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
  • We will inform you of the unavailable items before proceeding with the shipment.
Returns and Exchange
  • Products must be returned unopened, unused and in the original factory packaging within 3 days of delivery/ purchase.
  • Personalized items, special offer items and opened items are non-returnable for exchange or refund.
  • To process returns, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please bring the items to be returned to our workshop,
    • 8-10 Hankow road, 10th floor unit C, Han Chung Mansion, Tsim Sha Tsui
      *Shipping charges are not refundable
Payment options
  • Available payment methods are: Cash on pickup, Cheque, Bank Transfer, credit cards (processed thru paypal when you check-out)
  • We aim to get your items to you as soon as possible, Goods are prepared for delivery/pickup within 48 hours once payment is received. (except for Sundays/Public Holidays)
  • A flat rate of $70 is charged for shipping within Hong Kong
  • Orders are shipped thru SF Express. Once your order has been dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent containing the tracking number
  • Delays may be encountered when typhoon signal 8 and above, as well as black rainstorm warnings are in effect.
  • Should you prefer to pickup your order, the address is 8-10 Hankow road, 10th floor unit C, Han Chung Mansion, Tsim Sha Tsui
